Buzz, beats, buskers, some black clouds (and beer gardens). The streets fill with energy and anticipation; gotta love Jazz Fest!
Tune town indeed! We've got a pretty stately setting in which to take in some stellar live music.
And forget about being intimidated by ominous skies.
The line to the beer tent was graciously sheltered by those on-the-ball enough to come sporting a brolly. And what a line it was; oh the humanity!
I don't think I've ever said this before, but I'm super glad to have worn a pair of vintage NON-LEATHER kicks to this particular event. SSssssh. You didn't hear that here.
Finally, a big shout out to all the kind hearts and good souls in Saskatoon. One of our party lost her wallet at the Bessborough Gardens, only to have it turned in to the Jazz Fest Lost & Found fully intact - including every dollar in cash!
Big love to that anonymous Good Samaritan out there, as well as the wonderful staff at the Jazz Festival! Thank you for reaffirming our belief in people! XO
